Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large baking dish, place apples and cranberries. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to combine.
In a medium bowl, mix together the topping ingredients. Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, salt, and cinnamon. Add the butter and mix until well combined. Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crisp is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
