In a small saucepan, combine the apple cider, vodka, pear liqueur, and maple syrup. Heat until it just begins to simmer, then remove from heat. If you continue to heat it you'll begin to cook off the alcohol!
Serve in a mug with whipped cream, a caramel drizzle, and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
