Greek 6 Layer Dip

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups hummus (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup kalamata olives, chopped or sliced
Instructions
  1. For the tzatziki sauce: in a food processor, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil and process until smooth.
  2. Using your dish of choice, spread hummus in an even layer in the bottom of the dish. I used a 9 inch round glass pie dish, but you can use whatever suits you.
  3. Top hummus layer with tzatziki sauce layer.
  4. Top this with shredded lettuce, then chopped tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives on the top.
  5. Serve with pita bread, pita chips, and fresh veggies!
