There are so many reasons to love pasta. It's easy to serve a crowd, easy to make, and everyone loves it! We have had a few favorite pasta recipes over the years, but I really wanted to commit to making the best ever baked ziti. A pasta recipe we love from a cookbook uses sundried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar in the sauce and those two things really take this recipe to the next level. With a hearty meat sauce, creamy ricotta filling, and a whole pound of noodles, this is a recipe to make for so ... continue reading...
Chocolate Peppermint Shortbread
It's the final day of cookie week for 2023! I love shortbread as a Christmas cookie because it's so classic and perfect with an afternoon cup of tea. Last year, I made sure to have one no-bake recipe as part of the cookie box, and that recipe for chocolate peppermint truffles is still one of my absolute favorites. I love the chocolate and mint flavor combination, and another flavor combination that I love is chocolate and peanut butter. These ... continue reading...

None of the steps to make these cookies are difficult, ... continue reading...
